Peter J. Zelmanow, Esq.
In 1966, Attorney Zelmanow was awarded a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, NY, NY. However, his career would have to be placed on hold as he was called to duty to serve his country in the United States Army from 1966 - 1968 during which time he was stationed in the Vietnam theater of war.
Following his honorable discharge from the Army at the rank of Specialist E-4, Attorney Zelmanow worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and began his legal studies. In 1973, Attorney Zelmanow was awarded his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and in 1976 he was awarded his Masters of Laws (LLM) in taxation from New York University School of Law.
After settling down in Rockland County, New York, Attorney Zelmanow saw the need in the area for quality legal services at reasonable rates. In 1981 he founded the Law Office of Peter J. Zelmanow. Since then, he has been helping the people of New York through the application of his legal knowledge and expertise.
